  When do i call in the Home Inspector?

  A home inspector is typically contacted right after the contract or purchase agreement is signed.

Do i have to be there?

It is not necessary for you to be present for the inspection, but i recommend you be there. With RDHI Enterprises you are invited to observe the inspection and ask questions directly as you learn about the condition of the home, how its systems work, and how to maintain it.

  What do i do next?

  When you sign the contract, either you or your agent call RDHI Enterprises. I will take care of all the inspection details for you. Joint me during the inspection and i will point out and explain any defects, as well as the good features of the property.

  How long will the inspection take?

Average inspection time is 2-3 hours depending on size of the home, the age, the type, complexity of the structure and the number of services you've requested. The inspection conducted in accordance with the standards and guidelines set forth by the American Society of Home Inspectors. (ASHI)
